The Holiday Market will occur over two weekends.

Participate for one weekend or join us for both!

What is the Holiday Market?

A festive extravaganza where the love of gardens meets a local craft market!

Every year we host over 100 local crafters while our nursery transforms with holiday magic into a winter wonderland. Join us as a customer OR a local crafter for this momentous event!

Nursery Seasonal Delights

Our nursery transforms into a wonderland of seasonal treats!

Cut Christmas trees and fresh pine wreaths made locally is just the tip of the snowflake! Inside our large greenhouse, we host a variety of seasonal displays of everything from themed Christmas trees to Santa's sleigh, and yes, Santa does visit! Outside, our evergreen trees and shrubs are bringing the magic with their decorated brilliant lights showing what every front yard could look like.

Local Crafters

What's a market without the magic of what makes our community unique?

We host over 100 local crafters and makers of every kind making our Holiday Market a one-stop gift buying hotspot. Here are just a few of the crafts they bring:

Food Trucks

Local food trucks and drinks join us for this wonderful event! Every year is a little different, but you can rest assured that you'll be covered when your coffee craving kicks in or stomach rumbles while wandering the market and nursery.

Seating is available both outdoors by the food trucks and our fire pit, or indoors beside festive live music.

Live Music

What could be more enjoyable than a serenade of holiday music to accompany you on your journey through our beautiful nursery and market?

Each year, we bring in a few live music performers to give a little extra magic to the experience. Dates and times of our musicians are posted on our calendar.

"Santa! I Know Him!"

Santa comes to town just for our Holiday Market! Find him by his sleigh or wandering the market for pictures or to let him know what's on your wish list.

Drawn in by the magic of big red, a favorite local cryptid might make an appearance too, if you're lucky!

Workshops

Make a tradition with our wreath workshops! Every year, we bring in the freshest wreaths made by hand just down the road so you and your friends and family can enjoy creating your own custom wreath!

Market Details for Vendors

Regular booth spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft.
Extra large booth spaces are approximately 10ft x 16ft.

  • Booths are side-by-side with only ONE side facing an aisle for designated customer walking space.
  • All other customer walk space and vendor items/furniture MUST fit within the allotted booth space listed above. NO exceptions.
  • All Vendors must supply their own table/chairs and display materials.
  • Tents may be subject to height restrictions. Please list tent details on application notes when applying.

Spots are not guaranteed until payments are received and confirmation is issued from Farmington Gardens staff.

Application Fee - $30

  • Application fees are due at the same time as application form submission for all new vendors.
  • Returning vendors who attended last year's market are required to submit a new application form, but the application fee is waived as a thank you for returning!

Booth Fees (2 options) → One weekend (2 days) - $80 | Two weekends (4 days) - $150

  • PLEASE NOTE: Full attendance for each day of weekend(s) committed to is required.

Extra Large Booth Fee (optional) - $30/weekend

  • Extra large booths are approximately 10'x16' (about 6 feet wider than regular booths).
  • Space is limited.
  • Returning vendors have priority choice.

Electrical Booth Fee (optional) - $20/weekend

  • For those who would like electrical outlets supplied to their booth.
  • Space is limited.
  • Returning vendors have priority choice.

Farmington Garden’s liability will be limited to reimbursement of booth and extra services fees only if markets are cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons.

Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, including providing change.

All vendors must process payments independently; we are unable to complete transactions on behalf of vendors.

Vendors must provide their own internet access for credit card transactions, as on-site WiFi is limited.

Due to our location, cellular service may also be limited. We recommend vendors come prepared with multiple payment options to ensure seamless transactions throughout the market.

What to expect when applying to be a vendor at our Holiday Market:

  1. Please review all information about details for vendors.
  2. Apply online using the application form found below on this page.
  3. Once your form is submitted, new vendors must pay the application fee. This fee is waived for returning vendors from last year's market. If you are a returning vendor, do not pay the application fee.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your application submission. This is NOT an acceptance or confirmation of secured booth space.
  5. A separate acceptance email will be sent. This can take anywhere between 3-14 business days. This email will include more information for vendors about the Holiday Market. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or call to inquire about your vendor status.
  6. Once officially accepted, your vendor fees will be due within 7 business days of the acceptance email. Failure to pay within the allotted time may result in an expired application and you will need to reapply.
  7. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email noting your booth is secure and you are officially a part of our Holiday Market!
  8. Information about market day details, set-up times, and more will be given approximately one week prior to the event via email.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the email stating my Application is submitted my acceptance email?

No.

Another email will be sent detailing your acceptance and more information. This can take anywhere from a couple days to two weeks depending on a first-come-first-serve basis and quantity of overall application submissions placed.

Is the market indoors or outdoors?

Vendors are located inside warm, covered greenhouses.

However, the areas between the greenhouses are outdoors. We recommend everyone attending the market wear warm layers to adjust for their own comfort as needed.

As a vendor, should I bring my tent?

We kindly ask that vendors make note of their intended use of a tent on their application form submissions with your tent dimensions.

Some of our locations have a height limit. Please let us know of your intention to use a tent to ensure you are placed in a location that can accommodate it.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

You can share a booth with another vendor.

Please make a note of your intent to share a booth on BOTH application form submissions for BOTH vendors with names/businesses included.

For new vendors, the application form and application fee are required from all vendor parties even if they are sharing the same booth. Upon acceptance, booth and extra service fees will be due.

One of the vendors associated with the shared booth group must pay for the booth and fees (our online store does not allow split payments from multiple parties). Please ensure the name of the purchaser matches the name on one of the application forms.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, but...

WiFi is limited and may, on occasion, lose service. We strongly recommend bringing your own tools for data transfers for non-cash purchases.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, including providing change.
  • All vendors must process payments independently; we are unable to complete transactions on behalf of vendors.
  • Due to our location, cellular service may also be limited. We recommend vendors come prepared with multiple payment options to ensure seamless transactions throughout the market.

Our WiFi name and password will be shared with confirmed vendors in the final email informational sent approximately one week prior to the event days.

Will there be water and/or food available on site?

Yes. However, we recommend bringing your own snacks, lunches, and drinks in the event other options are not available.

  • Farmington Gardens sources a variety of food trucks for the Holiday Market weekends, but they may sell out.
  • Farmington Gardens staff will NOT cover vendor booth staffing while vendors retrieve food/drinks. Please staff your booths accordingly for personal breaks.
  • Bottled/canned drinks are for sale by Farmington Gardens while supplies last.

Can I register for only one day?

No.

Vendors must participate all days of the registered weekend(s), which is either two days or four days total.

Failure to comply or absences on the days scheduled may result in a ban from next year's market.
