Refund policy

Farmington Gardens wants you to be successful. Should you have questions or concerns about your plants, our staff is here to help. Call, email, or come in and let our experts give you the answers you need.

Out of Area Delivered Items:

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, or has other issues upon arrival, please email us within 3 days of delivery. Include a detailed explanation of the problem, a photo of the item showing the problem, and your order number. 

After an assessment is made, a store credit may be issued for the purchased item(s) or replacement may be sent.  There are no other guarantees thereafter.

Locally Delivered and In-store Pick-up Items:

    • Bonsai Plants
    • Bulbs
    • Bulk Products
    • Discounted Items (Includes ANY item sold with a discounted or special sale price)
    • Floral
    • Food & Beverages
    • Gift Cards
    • Hanging Baskets
    • Holiday Items
    • Houseplants
    • Plant Material (Any plant material that is not hardy to our USDA Zone 8b or below)
    • Potted Plants
    • Produce
    • Seeds
    • Services (Includes delivery, installations, design, consultation, shipping, and floral services)
    • Special Orders
    • Vegetables
  • ALL returns must be accompanied with product and receipt to receive a refund.
  • Product that is not plant material must be in same condition as sold.
  • Refunds are ONLY accepted up to 30 DAYS after purchase.
  • Returns will be given via credit card or store credit. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH BACK.
  • All replacements are FINAL (no refunds of previously returned items or replacements).
  • Rewards points earned or redeemed in original purchase will be adjusted upon return.

Class Cancellation Policy

Tickets or sale receipts are required to attend any purchased classes.

Cancellation requests 24 hours or more before class begins will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation requests within 24 hours before class begins will not be refunded except by a case-by-case basis and up to Farmington Gardens staff discretion.

Classes may be cancelled by Farmington Gardens up to a week prior to class date due to low enrollment. In the event of cancellation by Farmington Gardens, customers will receive a full refund for the class and an email notification.

Farmington Gardens reserves the right to revoke our guarantee and return policy in cases of intentional misuse of this policy, as determined by Farmington Gardens management.
