We want you to feel good about everything you bring home from our nursery because happy plants (and people) help everything grow.
If there's something not quite right, here's how we can help:
- Please bring your item along with your receipt so we can take care of you (no guessing games for either of us!).
- For non-plant items, we ask that they're returned in the same condition you bought them in, or fresh off the shelf, so to speak.
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After that, they've officially put down roots.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original card or as store credit (your choice!).
- We are not able to offer cash refunds.
- If we replace an item for you, that replacement is final; no take-backs or second swaps.

Local Delivery:
We take a little extra care to make sure your order arrives happy and healthy.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order. We use this time to double-check everything and coordinate delivery.
- Once your order is ready, our driver will give you a call to arrange a 1-hour delivery window.
- To keep things safe and efficient, deliveries are made to your driveway or curbside.
Shipping Beyond Our Area:
A few seasonal finds are available to ship across the continental United States.
- Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process as we carefully pack everything for the journey.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery timing can vary, but most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on location.
- We currently ship within the continental United States only (no Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes).
You'll receive email updates every step of the way, so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.
Floral Delivery:
Our floral team puts a lot of love into every arrangement.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
- Floral deliveries are available locally within select zip codes.
- Unless you've given specific instructions, our delivery driver will choose a safe spot (like a porch) to leave your arrangement.

Shipping Issues & Returns:
If something arrives less than picture-perfect, we're here to help.
- Please email us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- A quick description of the issue.
- A photo showing the problem.
- Your order number.
Once we've had a chance to review, we'll work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement or store credit.
Because of the perishable nature of many of our items, we aren't able to offer guarantees beyond this window, but we'll always do our best to take care of you.

We're so excited to have you join us for a class! However, if you can't make it (life happens, we understand), here's how cancellations work:
- Please bring your ticket or receipt with you; it's your pass to the fun! Not to worry, a receipt on your phone or email also counts!
- If you need to cancel, just let us know before the class begins.
- Cancel 24 hours or more in advance, and you'll receive a full refund with no worries at all!
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of class time typically aren't eligible for a refund, but we're happy to take a look on a case-by-case basis.
We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. It helps us open up spots for other plant lovers!
A quick note from our side:
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class (for example, if enrollment is a bit too sparse). If that happens, we'll let you know at least a week in advance, send you an email, and make sure you receive a full refund with no stress, no surprises.

A few of our items are bit more rooted in place and can't be returned. Since many of these are perishable, seasonal, or specially prepared, the following are final sale:
