When your group hosts a special Shopping Day with us, friends, family, and supporters can wander the greenhouses, discover something new, and take a little piece of the garden home.
At the end of the day, 10% of the event's sales are gathered up and donated back to help your organization continue the good work you're growing in our community.
Anyone can participate with a valid tax ID#.
A minimum two week notice is required to host the event, and we can accommodate up to 3 months advance notice.

- Our Event Coordinator will respond as soon as possible with further details and forms needed to host the event.
- Once forms are finalized, we will confirm your Shopping Day Fundraiser dates and provide a flyer for your organization's marketing.
- Market your Shopping Day! Get the word out and distribute the flyer to family, friends, and supporters through physical copy, email, and social media. Contact local newspapers and media who might share information on charitable events. Encourage your guests to bring their family and friends.
- Send a reminder a few days before your event day to everyone you've promoted to!
- Don't forget your flyer! Make sure everyone attending your event brings the event flyer with them to show our cashiers at check-out. We also accept flyers on phone screens. Fundraiser guests are required to present a valid fundraiser flyer with each order to receive credit. Flyers cannot be distributed inside our stores or within the vicinity of our stores, including the parking lot, before or during the event.
Our wreath fundraiser is a simple, meaningful way to raise money while sharing a little seasonal cheer. Every purchase helps support your cause, making it easy for supporters to give back while celebrating the season. It's fundraising made festive, rooted in community and designed to help your organization grow.
About our Wreaths
Our wreaths are hand-made just down the road from our Farmington Road location at our parent wholesale company, Eshraghi Nurseries. We use locally-sourced materials ensuring every bit of each wreath brings that true PNW smell to every door it graces.
Not just a seasonal offering, but a natural extension of how we care for our team. Wreath-making helps us keep familiar hands at work during the slower season while also supporting the groups and communities we partner with, making each wreath part of something a little bigger.
How it Works
We've designed our wreath fundraiser to be as simple and supportive as possible. Groups partner with us by purchasing wreaths at wholesale cost then offering them to their community at a price that helps meet their fundraising goals. It's a straightforward way to raise money while sharing something thoughtfully made and rooted close to home.

Samples
Samples of our wreaths are available in early October for purchase at wholesale cost and credited to the organization's account once their order is received.
Ordering Requirements
- All orders need to be received two weeks prior to desired pick-up/delivery date and are due no later than mid-November.
- Pick-up dates must be specified on order form if applicable.
- Orders must be placed in bundles of 6; we cannot split bundles.
- Our minimum order requirement is $300.
- Payments are due at delivery or pick-up time. We accept: cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Pick-Up & Shipping Requirements
- All orders must be picked up or delivered by mid-December.
- Pick-ups are offered at our Farmington Road location 7 days a week from 10AM-5PM, and must be picked up in entirety (NO partial pick-ups).
- Local delivery is offered within a 20 mile radius of our Farmington Road location for a $60 delivery fee. We will call to confirm a delivery day.
- Individual shipping is offered with our Shipped Gift Program for a $25 fee. Each order must be accompanied with each individual's sender information and recipient's name and mailing address. Only our Mixed Wreath, Merry Berry, Frosted Morning, and Alberta Spruce are available for this program. We ship these wreaths via UPS anywhere in the continental U.S. with a red bow. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.
