The full program runs through September, with one two-hour class per month for a total of six sessions.

Class 4: Garden Maintenance & Pickling
In this session, you’ll continue learning essential techniques for maintaining a healthy and productive garden, from routine care to ongoing upkeep.
The class also dives into the art of pickling, teaching you how to preserve your harvest in flavorful, homemade pickles. Combine practical garden maintenance skills with hands-on food preservation for a well-rounded homesteading experience.
We will also learn to make fresh, homemade butter from scratch in this hands-on session—a true homesteading staple!
