Street Food* Vendor Fee

Interested in being a food vendor for our Holiday Market?

Approval is required before purchasing. If you are interested in participating, please contact our Events Coordinator at halgren.k@farmingtongardens.com to submit your request and receive approval. 

Vendor Fees:
Your quantity selected at checkout equals the number of event day you are purchasing:

• 1 Day - $50 (Select quantity 1)
  
• 2 Days - $100 (Select quantity 2)
• 3 Days - $150 (Select quantity 3)
• 4 Days - $180 (Select quantity 4)

Full Event Discount: The regular cost for four days is $200, but when you attend all four days, our $20 discount is automatically applied at checkout, bringing your total to $180. 

Please do not purchase a vendor fee until you have received approval from our Events Coordinator. Once approved, select the quantity that matches the number of days you plan to participate.

*Street food vendor refers to food vendors who service freshly made food products over an open flame/oven/etc. It does NOT include vendors selling pre-made food products such as bread, jarred foods, baked goods, kettle corn, etc. 

Farmington Garden’s liability will be limited to reimbursement of vendor fees only if markets are cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons.
