Cosmic Clouds Shrub Rose #3

New for 2024, the velvety pink to purple petals have a white reverse, making it a bloom to catch anyone's eye. The blooms are extremely full with over 75 petals each! In zones 8 to 9 this variety can be trained as a climber.  6-7'h x 5-6'w. Strong fruity fragrance.
